Apps

A list of the best wellbeing apps - ImproveonWellbeing Apps to help you thrive

Wellbeing apps are a handy way to engage, monitor and measure improvements in your individual, team and workplace wellbeing.

Whilst technology can become a crux, if used wisely it can help improve our wellbeing by providing useful information and tools. This can help us connect, work more productively, change habits and much more. Of course many of the most popular apps provided by social media platforms like Linkedin, Twitter, Google, Facebook and Pinterest can be used by individuals, teams and organisations to improve wellbeing in these ways.

Perhaps some of the following wellbeing apps are less well known to you. Most, although not all, are free and available to download on iOS and Android. There are many more available and these are just a few of the ones we’ve come across. If you think we’re missing any let us know and we’ll consider adding them to the page.

It’s also worth pointing out that we have put these wellbeing apps into categories that reflect our own CANBE model of wellbeing but many of them may contribute to wellbeing across a number of dimensions.
