Creating Meaning Workshop

Creating meaning

Creating meaning

I want to work for a company that contributes to and is part of the community. I want something not just to invest in. I want something to believe in.  Anita Roddick

Workshop overview

The Creating Meaning Workshop is one of the stand alone modules that forms the 2 day Winning With Wellbeing Workshop. Other modules include Achieving More, Nurturing Relationships, Building Resilience & Sustainability and Engaging Positive Emotions.

When we create meaning and purpose we have more motivation. In line with this the workshop helps attendees identify their own purpose, values and strengths and explore how these align with those of the business.

By creating greater meaning we help improve wellbeing and subsequent employee and business performance. It makes sense doesn’t it. Confident, resilient, happy employees will perform better! The latest research shows that when we focus on wellbeing we will be more successful.

Who will benefit from attendance?

Individuals and teams that want to develop a better understanding of their purpose, values and strengths.

With a greater understanding of how their own purpose, values and strengths align with those of the business (more of a reason why!) attendees will be more motivated to perform and will gain greater satisfaction from work.

4 hours

£70 per person with a minimum of 8 attendees and a maximum of 16.

Getting the best return on your investment

Coaching helps to enhance the benefits of training by  holding people to account (in a supportive way!). Additionally it helps people change habits and behaviours that might otherwise drift back into old patterns. That’s why at Improveon we recommend coaching sessions to follow on from the Creating Meaning Workshop, although these aren’t mandatory.
