Getting the best return on your investment

Workplace coaching can help enhance the benefits of training by holding people to account (in a supportive way!) and re-enforcing what they have learnt. Most importantly coaching helps people change habits and behaviours that might otherwise drift back into old patterns. That’s why at Improveon we recommend coaching sessions to follow on from the Building Resilience & Sustainability Workshop, although these aren’t mandatory.
