Achieving More Workshop

AchievingA sense of achievement is key to our wellbeing.

The Achieving More workshop is one of the modules in the Winning Wellbeing workshop. Other modules include Creating Meaning, Nurturing Relationships, Building Resilience & Sustainability and Engaging Positive Emotions.

Begin with the end in mind…so that the steps you take are always in the right direction. Stephen Covey

When we get things done we feel good. This, in turn, leads to a greater sense of wellbeing which has been shown to improve employee and business performance. It makes sense doesn’t it. Employees who are engaged in their organisation’s vision, strategy, objectives and are clear about their role in achieving them will perform better. If they also have key skills to prioritise, plan and manage their time they’ll be more effective.
